Our fire prevention system in a 20FT High Cube shipping container. Custom designed and built as a measure to greatly prevent the possibility of fire or explosion. Why in a container? Our client was looking for a fire prevention solution outside the building. Inside the container, the system is operational independently of the area where the product to be protected is located. In the container we built four nitrogen generators, a control cabinet and three compressors with channels for hot air exhaust.
Custom fire prevention system
During the recently conducted FAT test, our customer said he was satisfied with the designed solution which was quieter than expected in the process. We are currently putting the finishing touches on it, followed by commissioning in mid-September. It is satisfying to design a system that fits the customer’s needs. Since 1995, we at Presscon have been developing and manufacturing products in our own factory where innovation and quality are paramount to us.
