Oxidation prevention
Inerting against oxidation
With machines that are used intensively, it is important that you pay attention to oxidation prevention. This will ensure that your machines stay clean and continue to run without worry.
Rusting from soldering poses a problem the moment it accumulates on the inside of machines. This can clog the machine, with risk of failure. A suitable solution to this is inerting, to prevent oxidation. For example, inerting a full tin bath with nitrogen closes it off to oxygen.

Oxidation prevention when cleaning gold
Protection from oxidation is also important when cleaning gold. This prevents the precious metal from becoming dull. Nitrogen is an ideal solution for this.
Oxidation prevention in horticulture
Oxidation prevention is also important in buffer tanks (for example, in horticulture). This prevents machines from malfunctioning due to rust. The entire system is inertized as nitrogen is offered instead of oxygen. This extends the life of your buffer tank and heating system.
