Terms and conditions
Presscon Beheer B.V. C.S. applies the general conditions drawn up by FME / CWM. A copy of these terms and conditions can be found on page 2. In addition, the following conditions apply. In the event of contradictory clauses, the conditions listed here will prevail:

Prices and delivery

• Our prices and discounts are strictly based on the scope of delivery as specified.
• Prices are in euro, excluding 21% VAT.
• Our prices are fixed by written order confirmation within two months of the quotation date and delivery within six months of order unless otherwise agreed.
• The installation price is based on the single contiguous execution of the agreed work during normal working hours.
• Free delivery in the Netherlands, if Presscon Beheer B.V. C.S. performs of the installation.
• Transport and insurance are included in the installation price, with the exception of vertical transport, unless otherwise stated in the quotation.

Delivery

• To be agreed upon order confirmation.
• If delivery and commissioning will be on demand, a call-off period of two weeks applies.

Billing

For quotations under Eur 30,000.00 a payment term of within 15 days after delivery applies.
For quotations equal to or above Eur 30.000,- the following payment terms apply:

• First term, ie 30% of the total contract price, after order confirmation, to be paid within 15 days after the invoice date.
• Second term, ie 60% of the total contract price, after Factory Acceptance Test, to be paid within 15 days after the invoice date. The first and the second term should be on our bank account before we proceed with delivery.
• Third period, ie 10% of the total contract price, after commissioning, to be paid within 15 days after the invoice date.
• The goods remain the property of Presscon Beheer B.V. C.S. until all payments have been done.

Warranty

• 12 months after commissioning of components, assuming that the following conditions are met:
  a. The equipment has been installed by Presscon Beheer B.V. C.S. or a recognized installer.
  b. The equipment is undamaged and unprocessed and has not become defective due to improper use.
  c. The equipment has not become defective due to inadequate maintenance or other proceedings.
  d. A service contract has been agreed/accepted for a period of at least 2 years (with the exception of the Vital Oxidizer).
  e. The equipment has not become defective or damaged due to negligence, contamination, accident or any other external cause.
• In any case not included in the guarantee are defects which arise from or are completely or partly caused by:
  a. Discoloration and aging due to normal use and normal storage;
  b. Damage as a result of improper and/or incomplete maintenance;
  c. Damage resulting from improper assembly, connection, commissioning and operation;
  d. Damage caused to the product by external causes such as fire, water, vapor, liquid, ice, aggressive substances, lightning damage, fire damage, short circuit, vandalism and natural disasters;
  e. Use for the wrong application(s);
  f. Damage by accident, fall or shock;
  g. Transportation damage under the auspices of third parties;
  h. Misuse (including use contrary to the instructions given by Presscon Beheer B.V.) or abuse.
• The warranty includes checking and repairing or, if necessary, replacing any equipment that is found to be defective.
• Defective equipment that has been replaced becomes the property of Presscon Beheer B.V. C.S.

Installation / Services

• The supply and installation of the required low voltage cabling between the central equipment and other equipment specified by us.
• The supply and installation of the necessary piping.
• The establishment of the specified equipment.
• Expert advice regarding the possibilities with the equipment.

Commissioning

• Checking the entire installation for construction and engineering.
• Connecting and programming of the central equipment.
• Testing the entire installation for proper operation.
• Preparing a handover and test report.
• Providing an instruction to the personnel of the end user.
• The operational handover of the installation, also in the presence of end user.
• Handing over an operating manual.

Not included in the installation

• Work on or in relation to equipment that is not part of our specification and scope of delivery.
• Fire / smoke tests, flow or concentration tests, room tightness measurements, unless otherwise stated in our specification and delivery.
• Providing the required power supplies and grounding. In accordance with NEN 2535, this group must be clearly marked on a separate cluster.
• The performance (or having performed) of any necessary construction work, such as chopping, digging, masonry, painting, and / or construction activities.
• Drillings larger than 20 mm.
• Moving equipment or inventory or covering it, if necessary in connection with the good progress of the work.
• Dismantling, assembling or suspended ceilings and / or raised floors.

Fuel Clause

Fuel prices have a significant influence on travel costs. The level of these prices strongly depends on several external factors, such as demand and political relations between countries. As a result, the cost of fuel can fluctuate significantly. It is difficult to include the entire cost in the standard rates, because there is a good chance that too little or too much is charged. This can be detrimental to the supplier, but also to the customer. Due to the continuing fluctuation of fuel prices and the impact of this on the cost price of transport, we are forced to pass on any fuel surcharges by means of a fuel clause. This fuel surcharge is based on the increase in fuel costs compared to the average fuel costs with reference date January 1st. Each month fuel prices are revised according to the prevailing market price and a fuel surcharge is calculated on that basis. 

Liability

• Presscon Beheer B.V. C.S. is never liable for injury or damage resulting from the non-functioning or partial functioning of the goods delivered or installed by them.

General

• All our offers are subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery. By signing this offer / order confirmation, the client declares to have received a copy and to have agreed to this. A copy will be sent to you on request
