Biological pest control
Controlling microorganisms biologically with nitrogen
The technique of expelling oxygen with nitrogen is our core business. This technique offers a solution in cases of deterioration of seed and consumer goods by microorganisms, among others.
An aerobic bacterium (including gall mites) needs oxygen for its metabolism and does a lot of damage. By expelling oxygen in an in room where goods are stored in bulk, many pests die off. Our BPC Generator produces high-purity nitrogen, quickly bringing the oxygen level in an enclosed space to a low level. Tests show that the technique is adequate and microorganisms present such as gall mites, narcissism mites and zipper needles die off in these conditions.

Biological pest control prevents major damage
An aerobic bacterium (including gall mites) needs oxygen for its metabolism and does a lot of damage. By expelling oxygen in an in room where goods are stored in bulk, many pests die off. Our BPC Generator produces high-purity nitrogen, quickly bringing the oxygen level in an enclosed space to a low level. Tests show that the technique is adequate and microorganisms present such as gall mites, narcissism mites and zipper needles die off in these conditions.
On-site treatment
Our BPC Generator produces high purity nitrogen on site, so treatment is not site dependent. Cross-pollination by moving parties is therefore not an issue.
Organic alternative
Treatment with nitrogen is a biological method of pest control. In the process, it leaves no residue on the product.
