Custom made in our own factory

We develop high-quality, innovative nitrogen systems for sectors such as greenhouse, laboratory and food industries. Examples include:

Oxygen reduction systems that enable fire prevention without extinguishing gases or heavy air conditioning systems, an energy efficient alternative to traditional methods.
Nitrogen generators that produce nitrogen locally, eliminating transportation and storage of gas cylinders.
Water treatment and degassing that ensures longer plant life and less maintenance.

Thus, we make a direct contribution to a cleaner, more efficient and innovation-driven industry.

SDG 12 - Responsible Consumption and Production.

SDG 12 is about using energy and resources more efficiently, wasting less, and producing responsibly.

Maximum insulation, soundproof glass and full floor heating.
Heating via biomass plant.
Solar panels on the roof cover over 50% of our energy needs.
LED lighting with timers and daylight sensors for automatic shutdown.
WTW (heat recovery) exhaust system for efficient ventilation.
Thermal solar panels provide hot water supply.

In addition, we take a critical look at our own processes. For example, we reuse the boxes in which we receive our products for shipping orders. This is good for the customer and better for the environment. We have also optimized our compressed air supply with a frequency-controlled compressor and an efficient compressor controller that keeps the pressure as low as possible. The heat released in the process is not wasted: we recover it and store it in a heat buffer tank that is split into a low- and high-grade grid. In this way, we utilize energy to the maximum and minimize our consumption.
